Albert Lee Moraski

Albert L. Moraski Wisconsin Rapids – Albert L. Moraski passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on November 27, 2024 at Asprius Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. Albert was born December 15, 1965 in Milwaukee County, WI. Albert was the son Kathleen A. Hogan and Arthur L. Moraski (who preceded in death) Paul J. Hogan. Stepfather who Albert called “pop”; they adored each other. Albert also has an older brother Arthur W. Moraski Jr., is an exceptionally good drummer. Albert would sit and listen to him practice, which is probably where he got his groove from, with children and grandchildren. Nancy M. Olson is his younger sister, who was proud to have her older brother stand up in her wedding. Married to Jay O. Olson, who Albert loved playing video games with, going fishing and motorcycle rides. Curt S. Moraski is Albert’s youngest sibling who took him fishing almost every time he went, and was always watching out for him. Albert has three uncles; Willard “Bud”, Uncle Richie (Sue) Johnson, Donnie (Bonnie) Johnson, also nieces and nephews, several cousins and relatives, friends and extended family In Wisconsin Rapids, his extended family include people who cared for him and loved him over the years, they are family too. There are also people who were there when he was born right up until the Lord called him back home. Those people are truly rare. Mary, who Albert was so close she was almost like a mom to him, Ashley “grandpa”, Holly, Jesse, Misty with Opportunity Inc. where he could live more independent life with all those involved in “Team Albert”. Mom did good by him as well as those who cared for him. Albert lived a full life, he was a very happy person. He greeted everybody with an enthusiastic greeting when he said their name. Albert was a very lovable person who wanted to hug everyone, talk to everybody and shake their hand. Mom was always saying “help me watch him, somebody’s going to take him.” He was always so fast and giggly. Albert worked at ODC for fifteen years where he received a certificate for his dedication. Albert was in special Olympics for many years where he won awards and so many ribbons. Bowling was another love of his, he was on a league and won trophies he had his own ball, gloves and shoes. Albert was in scouts for years, him and mom would sell popcorn, go camping, the scouts would make things, sell brats, hand out water- you name it mom and Albert probably did it together. When there wasn’t scouts, there was hot air balloons, fishing, roller coasters, horse back riding, Harley Davidson motorcycle rides, he was fearless! Albert loved animals, he loved to walk puppies, pet the animals, feeding them. Albert was an avid Star Wars collector, he loved the Packers going to games and played Mario games. Albert loved music and dancing, he could groove with the best of them and the ladies loved him. Albert was always a helper, he wanted to be involved with everything going on. So, on some days mom and Albert would go do their favorite thing – get some chocolate, they would get Chinese food then Culver’s for chocolate M&M Concrete Mixers. Albert loved us all, but he and his mama had an undeniable bond between mother and son which would visually be seen. There was no doubt Albert loved his mama and she him. Albert was preceded in death by Marie A. Johnson (grandma), Willard L. Johnson (grandpa), Arthur L. Moraski (Father), Thomas J. Johnson (cousin). Albert learned who Jesus was and when people die, they go to heaven in the sky where God is. He knows we go to church and pray to Jesus, and we can also pray at home, that Jesus is everywhere. Albert will put his hands up at home and start the prayer. Albert was 58 years old he would have been 59 on December15, 2024. We’re all thankful for the years our Lord God and Savior have him, and for the individual he became.
