Bonnie J. Wood

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bonnie June Wood (nee Worny), who left this world on July 25, 2026 at the age of 87 years. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ronald “Ronnie” Wood. Bonnie is survived by her children, Guy (Debbie), Jeff (Mary), Dawn (Patrick) Sibley, Dean (Tina) and Tracy (Frank) Ditello. She is the proud grandmother of 9, great-grandmother of 17 and great-great-grandmother of 1. She is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends. For more than 20 years, Bonnie worked for Sports Service, where she built lasting friendships and was known for her dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment to those around her. She especially loved being part of the excitement surrounding the Milwaukee Brewers, a team she faithfully supported throughout her life. Bonnie found joy in the simple things that made life meaningful. She adored her dogs, who were treasured companions, and she was happiest when surrounded by the people she loved. Her family meant everything to her, and she devoted her life to caring for, supporting, and celebrating them. Her kindness, warmth, and unwavering love created countless memories that her family and friends will cherish forever. Above all, Bonnie was a woman of strong faith. She found comfort and strength in her relationship with God throughout her life. While her absence leaves an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who loved her, her family finds peace in believing she has been reunited with God and is now at rest in His loving presence. She leaves behind a family who will miss her deeply and remember her for her generous heart, her love of baseball, her devotion to her dogs, her steadfast faith, and the unconditional love she gave so freely. Though she is no longer with us, her love, faith, strength, and the memories she created will remain forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Visitation Thursday, August 13, 2026 from 4:00 - 7:30 PM at ROZGA FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES – ROZGA-WALLOCH CHAPEL with a Vigil Service at 6:30 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, August 14 at 9:15 AM at ST. MARTIN OF TOURS CHURCH (7963 S. 116th St, Franklin).
