Nora Jean "Jeno" Coon

(nee Darrah) Age 83, lost her battle with cancer Tuesday, March 16, 2021 surrounded by family with Elvis singing gospel in the background. Nora was born in Dover Illinois, in 1937 to Maude and Alvin Darrah. She was married to the late Ira Leary Coon for 50 years. Their four children; Kelli, Larry, Jodi and Wendi will miss her very much. Nora “granny” was so proud of her grandchildren; Jason Coon, Nicholas Darrah, Phillip Coon, Katie Thalman, Christina McLamb, Alex Darrah, David Darrah and the late Amber Thalman. Further survived by many great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. Family and friends are at peace knowing that Nora is safe in God’s arms. Her favorite Bible verse was Matthew 17:20. A celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
