Clarence "Man" Johnson IV

Passed away February 10, 2026 at the age of 46 years. Cherished son of Clarence, III and Denise (Poindexter) Johnson. Devoted brother of Lakesha (Tony), and Alicia (Daniel “Frankie”). Beloved Partner in Life of Evette for 28 years. Loving father of Jasmine (Devonte) and Clarence “Polo” Johnson, V., and Isabella. Proud grandfather of Jamir, Raven, and Storm. Uncle of Geneva, Eric, Deric, Raymell, Armani, Mariona, Elijah, Alanna, Malik, Ty, Dante “DJ”, Nicolette, Mia, Robert-Julian, Yalena, and Julian. Also survived by great nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. “Man” was a proud and passionate fan of the Green Bay Packers, rarely missing a game. He loved discussing the rivalry between the Bears & Packers, always believing they were going to the Super Bowl, that this was their season. He would talk about traded players on the Bucks, and he loved the White Sox, even though he didn’t always keep up with the team. Spending Sundays together, either watching the Packers or watching “Ratchet Sunday,” even if it meant having two TVs playing at the same time, was always time well spent with his family. Above all else, he was a family man. His greatest joy came not from the final score, but from the time spent surrounded by those he loved. He was a dedicated husband, a guiding and steady father, and a proud grandfather. His family was his team, and he was their biggest supporter — offering wisdom, encouragement, and unconditional love. He was known for his strong character, kind heart, and dependable nature. If someone needed help, he was there without hesitation. If someone needed advice, he listened first. His integrity, warmth, and quiet strength left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. His legacy lives on in the lessons he taught, the traditions he built, and the love he gave so freely. Though he may be gone from our sight, he will forever remain in our hearts — remembered in every family gathering, every shared laugh, and every game day celebration. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always.
