Joseph Felden

Born to Eternal Life surrounded by his family on February 8, 2024 at the age of 90 years. He is reunited with his beloved wife Phyllis (nee Molling) of 63 years who preceded him in death. Loving father of Jeanne (John) Gramza, John (Joann), Robert (Jacqueline) and Thomas (Jennifer). Cherished papa of Megan (fiancé Tyler Drees), Erin (fiancé Kevin Smigielski), Melissa (Joshua) Audenby, Rebecca, Benjamin, Zachary, Joshua and Kasey. Dear brother-in-law of Betty Felden, Ralph (Shearon) Molling. Joe was preceded in death by his brothers, Barnabas, Philip and Eugene and his sisters, Ann, Bernadine and Florence and his sister-in-law, Carol Molling. Further survived by many other family and friends. Joe was born in St. Francis. He was a 1952 graduate of Don Bosco High School. Joe served in the US Army for 2 years as a supply specialist. He then started working for F. Dohmen Co. in the warehouse and soon moved his way into a Pharmaceutical Buyer position. He retired with almost 40 years of devoted work. Joe was one of the founding members of St. Roman Parish where he was a member of the Holy Name Society, President of the Athletic Association, President of the Festival Committee and ran the liquor paddle booth for many years offering “Joe’s lemonade” on Sundays to all who stopped by. He was an Usher at 8:30 a.m. mass and had his favorite seat at back of church. Joe loved his garden and his gorgeous roses. He was President and Member of the Greater Milwaukee Rose Society. He also was President and Member of the Great Milwaukee Pharmacy Association. Throughout his life, Joe loved sports and holds a special place in his heart for the Marquette Warriors now Golden Eagles; coached his three sons in Wilson Park Little League and attended all the grandchildren sporting and other events. He loved to travel, go on casino junkets with his friends and will be remembered for his hospitality and especially his Korbel Xtra Smooth Manhattans. Special thanks to the staff at The Waters Memory Care where Joe spent the last 4 years and to all the staff at Ascension Franklin Hospital and Compassus Hospice for their kind and compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, memorials to your favorite charity are appreciated. Visitation Thursday, Feb. 15 from 4:00-7:00 PM at ROZGA FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES – ROZGA-WALLOCH CHAPEL with Vigil Service at 6:30 PM. Additional visitation Friday, Feb. 16 from 9:00-10:00 AM at ST. ROMAN CHURCH (1810 W. Bolivar Ave., Milwaukee) followed by the celebration of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM.
